Job Title: TMV Engineer

Location: Lancashire and Cumbria

Salary: £25,000-£28,500

Due to continued success and growth over the last twelve months Sencat are looking to expand their team and recruit a highly motivated, driven, and confident TMV Engineer.

Who are we?

Sencat are an established facilities management company specialising in Health and Mental Health Services and can combine all trades into one.

We have undertaken many construction projects from small repairs to large refurbishments in a variety of commercial industries, whilst always maintaining a track record of keeping our projects on time and within budget.

Roles and responsibilities:

• TMV installations and servicing
• Water sampling from a variety of water systems and sources
• Temperature checks
• Tanks cleans and disinfections.
• Shower head descaling
• Closed system analysis and disinfections
• Chlorination

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Water hygiene engineer.
• Team player with the ability to work using own initiative.
• Comfortable working in healthcare and mental health settings.
• A full UK driver's license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You must be willing to travel regionally in a company vehicle for this is a mobile role.
