Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer

Location: Lancashire and Cumbria

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience

We have undertaken many construction projects from small repairs to large refurbishments in a variety of commercial industries, whilst always maintaining a track record of keeping our projects on time and within budget.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Completion of water hygiene monitoring tasks which will include,
• Temperature monitoring
• Flushing of low use out lets.
• Legionella sampling
• Inspection of cold-water storage tanks.
• Dismantling, descaling, disinfection, reassemble of shower heads.
• Clean and disinfection of hot & cold-water systems including cold-water storage tanks, calorifiers, tank-fed hot & cold-water down services, pressurised/mains hot & cold-water services and thermal disinfections.
• TMV servicing.
• Carry out, or assist with, remedial works to hot and cold-water systems including domestic.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
• Team player with the ability to work using own initiative.
• Comfortable working in healthcare and mental health settings.
• A full UK driver's license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You must be willing to travel regionally in a company vehicle for this is a mobile role.
